Questions before you sign up, something that isn't working, billing, a feature you wish existed, or telling us we got something wrong — contact@brandreco.com. One address, so there's no routing to guess at.

Security and vulnerability reports

Same address — put "security" in the subject and it gets looked at first. We reply to every report, we won't take legal action against good-faith research, and we'll tell you when it's fixed. What we store and how it's protected is set out on our security page.

Already using BrandReco

There's a help form inside the app that sends your message along with the screen you were on, which usually saves a round of questions. Email works just as well if you'd rather.

Data and privacy requests

Same address. We answer requests about your personal data within one month, as set out in our privacy policy.
